We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with any of our products on arrival so that we can rectify the situation.
Damaged items - If your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately (quoting your order number) and return them by post within 14 days including the original packaging. Upon receipt we will then replace them. We cannot accept the return of damaged items unless the damage occurred during the original shipping.
Incorrect goods - If the goods delivered were incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and let us know that you are returning the goods. On receipt of the goods we will then replace the items and the cost of postage.
Please ensure you enclose your contact details (phone, email, address) with any returned items.
Any goods returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing or suitable protective packaging.
